How To Use :
1 - If an old emulator is present on your computer, run "1_desinstall.bat" as administrator,
1 - Launch "2_certificate.bat" as administrator,
2 - On an OS x64, run "3_test.bat" as administrator,
3 - Run "4_install.bat" as administrator,
4 - Copy "WinDev32.exe", present in the "launchers" folder, in the installation directory WD (same process for WB and WM),
5 - Run "WinDev32.exe", if the message: "Writings made successfully" is displayed, everything is in order *.
